Create a project and upload your sermon recording. Your original video becomes the source for the transcript, candidate moments and finished clips.
Audio is extracted and transcribed into Telugu with word timing. Review the transcript, correct recognition errors and make sure names and key phrases read correctly.
AI analyzes readable sermon text for meaningful, standalone messages. Suggested moments are grounded back to the original transcript and video so you can inspect the actual words.
Play the opening, ending and surrounding context. Select or skip each candidate, adjust the boundaries and undo a decision when needed. AI recommendations never replace your approval.
Build captions from the reviewed transcript. Refine the text, timing and styling, then choose a layout that fits the message and your ministry’s visual direction.
Reframe landscape footage into portrait video. Use speaker framing and composition controls to check placement, caption visibility and the finished 9:16 presentation.
Check the final clip before downloading. Export approved videos for YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels or other short-video channels, then publish through your usual workflow.
Recognition and AI suggestions can be imperfect. Listen to the source, check the Telugu and review the finished video. The product is designed to make that review part of the process.
